It’s a great after school snack for the kids, plus it’s gluten AND dairy-free!

Ingredients:

1 13.5 oz can light coconut milk
1 banana
1/2 cup strawberries
Handful of ice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and enjoy! Serves 2.
